When you order our products, our hope is that you love them as much as we do.
And we have real people who work to make sure every order is perfect when it goes out of our warehouse in Clearwater, Florida.
That being said, life happens.
Please let us know within 30 days of your purchase if there is an issue with your order of any kind, so we can get it fixed as soon as possible. We're a small company with real people who will respond quickly to make it right.
What to Expect: Flavors & Sweetness Level
If you're not used to more natural ingredients in candy items, give us a chance to acclimate your taste buds before deciding these aren't for you.
While most people who try our products love them, we realize that every customer comes from their own journey and experience.
All of our sugar-free products are designed to support a better metabolic health journey, and are best in class in terms of taste, quality and the like for sugar free. They have ingredients that don't spike blood sugar, and no hidden sugars.
We have found that most people who are already sugar free or low sugar, love the flavors out of the gate. But tastebuds vary, and we get it.
If you don't love a product you've purchased from us, and you give it a few tastes after meals, etc. and you still don't like it, please reach out. We will replace it with another product or refund the product price.
Classic & Salted Caramels: Our dairy caramels should be delicious and taste like a natural gourmet caramel candy because they are made in small batches with fresh organic cream and butter. But again, these were not designed to compete with synthetic candy products that glut the market. But, they definitely should not taste awful. The heat and minimal preservatives have been a challenge at times.
In the summer, when your caramels arrive, they should be brought inside as quickly as possible. If they are left in a car or non-air conditioned environment for an extended period, they will likely not taste as delicious as expected.
Coconut Caramels: In similar heat exposure situations, the Coconut Caramels will still be delicious, but possibly much stickier than they should be normally.
GUMMY BEARS:
Our gummies have loyal fans who didn't love the first few tastes because they were used to the sugary (and even often artificially flavored) brands. If you're on a journey to eat better, and used to artificially flavored, sugary options, there is likely an acclimation period. The reality is that we will never be able to compete with brands like those because their ingredients are designed to hijack tastebuds and become addictive. We are simply not those brands.
Gummy HOT Weather Warning: During the summer months it can get pretty toasty out there, and these little guys can melt at 100 degrees. We will do our best to prevent this, but it does happen on occasion. Some people like them melted, but we'd prefer you enjoy them as intended. You can place them in the fridge just before eating, but if that doesn't work, let us know and we'll make it right.
Gummy Texture: Gummy lovers are a tricky bunch. We have perfected our texture in terms of not too soft, not too hard. They have the gummy chew that a true gummy bear should have, and they don't stick in teeth. However, we realize we have customers all over the spectrum. So, with that, here's a couple tips for getting the most out of our gummies.
Too hard? Warm the bag in your hands (or pocket) and they will soften right up. DO NOT try to microwave them. Gelatin melts over 100 degrees.
Too soft? Put them in the fridge for 10 minutes. You're welcome.

We hope you enjoy our products, but if you don't for some reason, let us know, and we'll make it right. We will either replace or refund that product. No hassle.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacements
If you're unhappy with an item, we'll replace it. Just let us know right away.
Refunds & Credits
If a product really just isn't the right fit for tastebuds or lifestyle, we will refund the purchase price of the product onto the card that was used to place the order.
