Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

We do our best to ship all orders received by 3:00pm Eastern Time the same day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (U.S.)

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking details are sent via email once the package leaves our facility.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Carrier Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier. Once shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at shop@switchsweets.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll make it right.
